Psychologist of the University Diego Portales, and Master in Measurement and Evaluation of Educational Programs of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is currently a PhD student in Psychology, from the same University. Her research focuses on the relationship between ethical and methodological issues in Social Sciences research and their implications for the implementation of public policies. She has been involved in the training of university teachers who provide applied research tools in higher education. Another focus of her research interests is related to the effectiveness of teaching, in particular with the career trajectory of the teachers of the Chilean school system. With experience in the work in social programs of governmental court. She has developed technical advisory services to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and UNESCO. It also develops applied projects related to the evaluation of the impact of the continuing training programs of Chilean universities.
