In recent years, school effectiveness has become a subject of inter-
est in several countries. Many research papers address this topic and
propose different methods of estimation. This work aims at estimating
school value-added when all variables are subject to measurement error.
Under the assumptions made, it appears that the value-added estimate
is the same as in the error-free case. Nevertheless, the precision of this
estimation is weaker due to the impact of the variance of the error terms.
